1225.0. "Comedy on CD??" by HIBOB::REICHEL () Thu Jun 09 1988 17:04

	Just out of curiousity has anyone seen any comedy on
	CD? For example, any old stuff by Bill Cosby or George
	Carlin.

	Just wonderin'.

    Yes and No. I have the sound track to "Goooooood Morning Vitenam".
    In between each song They take exerts of Robin Williams on the air.
    I've seen the movie twice and I still laugh at the sound track.

There are a couple of Firesign Theatre CDs out (EAT OR BE EATEN and DON'T
CRUSH THAT DWARF, HAND ME THE PLIERS). Also, I've heard that some
PDQ Bach is available on CD, but I haven't seen it.

        I've got PDQ Bach @Carnegie Hall on Vanguard CD. Much of the
        Vanguard catalog is now available on CD.

    Monty Python's latest and greatest ("The Final Rip-off") is out
    on CD. It's a two-cassette deal so the CD is pretty long. Alot
    of good classic skits.

    Bob(cat) Goldthwait (sp?) has a new album out that has made it to
    disk.  Don't know the title.
