       Hello fellow noter's.I have checked in the notes but I have not
    seen any info on the problem that I have(let me knowif its in a
    note).
      I have a problem with my Mitsubishi player model DP103.The problem
    is that sometimes when I press play or pause,the motor does not
    servo or lock-up to the correct speed.Instead,the motor "takes off"
    and speeds up until the system shuts down.When I have removed the
    cover and checked it out,I can hear a faint sound when it comes
    up correctly,but no sound when it runs away.
      I do not have any schematic or technical manual for the machine.
    Anyone have any help????

    Try to clean the laser and/or the disk. It sounds like the laser
    can't read the disk and hence the servo can't lock up.

      Lens cleaning sounds interesting.Is there a note on it or could
