This is an interesting one. I recently heard a cassette made from a CD of a classical piece. The cassette was a recording from a friend of a friend of a friend .... The name of the composer is supposedly Loorens Van Rooyers(sp?). I have gone to shops and gone through the catalogues with no luck. Has anyone ever heard of this person? It's great stuff, and I want to hear more but sadly I don't think I'll be able to. Help is greatly appreciated. Andy

The guy you refer to is called "Laurens van Rooyen". He is a Dutch artist/composer who, among other things, adapts classical pieces to easy listening stuff. I was in a CD shop this morning and they had 4 CDs of his work, all on the Philips label.
