Where is the best place to buy used CD's as far as price and selection
goes? I have had pretty good luck with Nuggets in Kenmore Sq.
~$8-10/disc.

BCD has a huge (greater than 200) selection of used CDs at $10/disk. Some of them are in three boxes on the counter; the rest are in the first row of their normal display rack just to the left of the classical. Thanks for the pointer to Nuggets; I'll have to get over there. /john | |||||

BCD is boston compact disc. I think they actually have a place
in Boston, but I always go to the one in Cambridge.
Stand on Boylston Street (known as JFK something-or-other to people not
from Cambridge) next to the Out Of Town News Agency. Head towards
the Charles River (or away from Arlington if you prefer). Go past
the Garage (where you'll find Newbury Comics upstairs and Strawberries
downstairs). Go past the convenience store. (Be careful of mad
"drivers".) BCD is about 25 or so yards away, look up a ice covered
stairway into the smallest store you've ever been in. Used discs
(now "pre-owned") are on the left side.
