Just a note to say that the current Steve Winwood album, (Back in
the High Life (?)) and his last, (Arc of a Diver) are BLOODY BRILLIANT.
Buy 'em! Sound quality: excellent!

For anyone who is not familiar with Steve Winwood, 'Back in the
High Life' is an excellent introduction to his style. All of the
cuts on this disk are terrific. From 'Searching for Higher Love'
thru to 'My Love is Leaving, you won't be disappointed. There
is a part of me that keeps computer generated music at arms
length but this album is great. (Computer generated music:==
programmed drum machine, electric strings, electric horns,
synthesizer.)
(Chaka Khan does back up vocals on this album.)
Great music; I'd recommend it highly.
