Lectra City is offering a f r e e CD laser beam cleaner with purchase of any remote controlled player. I suggest all owners of players with dirty laser beams (especially the three beam kind, who gather three times the dirt) beat a path to Lectra City's door. There's no telling the damage a dirty beam can do to the shiny surface of a CD. -- Ron

And I thought I was innovative with my CPS-to-Hertz convertor (which
I wanted to market when we changed the U.S. power system from the
older CPS system to the newer Hertz system. You see, if you had
any old equipment that was marked "117V 60 CPS", you'd simply plug
it into the Convertor and then plug the Convertor into your 60 Hz
wall outlet...). Saves you from buying a new TV or radio!!
