| The House of Guitars is an amazing place -- rooms and rooms in an
old house, full of records and dust. There must be some incredible
treasures there, but you'll have to hunt to find them. I spent
an afternoon there one and went home with a few prizes.

Amen to that one (-.1). I bought a lot of stuff from them when
I lived in Rochester (15 years), and can tell you that they are
without question one of the best record stores around. I've never
dealt with them via the mails tho, so can't comment.
If you're in town, check it out. wow.

Just wear your Mill Rat clothes. You'll fit in fine.
House of Guitars. Wish you entered this about two weeks ago. I
was up at UoR for a business trip. As much as Raaaachester has
changed, nice to know some things don't. BTW, the House of Guitars
TV ads predate that drip down in "The City" by several years.

Speaking of Rochester,
There's a place called The Record Archives that's on the opposite
side of town as The House of Guitars but its cut out of the same
mold. In an old house and full of whatever you might want. If its
old records you're looking for they've probably got it.
