I just recieved a copy of "Folk of the Eighties, Part III" by Men Without Hats. I'm in love with this disc. This is the band which produced "Safety Dance" from their first album. Like "Rhythm of Youth," their first album, this is framed with two parts of a contemplative ballad. "Folk of the Eighties" is an interesting title/comment from an electronic pop dance band.

Good to see another MWH fan - I bought the "Rhythm of Youth" cd about two years ago, and I liked it a lot. I found "Folk of the Eighties" a year ago, and played it every day for about two months. Great electro-pop! |
