I sent my Hitachi to Liser sound for repair last Dec 23. I will
let you know about there service as soon as I get it back...
In all fairness they did give me a loner when it came back from the
factory broken in a different manner than it was when I sent it out.
Unless your unit is under warranty you might consider replacing
it!
