407.1 | Plenty of previous Denon info. already available | MILDEW::DEROSA | Obviously, a major malfunction. | Thu Jul 17 1986 23:38 | 7 |
| You should do a SEARCH of the other notes in this file. There are more
than a few comments about the DCD-1000, 1100, and 1500 that would help
you.
Bottom line is that the DENON line of CD's is good stuff. I own
the 1000 and enjoy it immensely. Plays great, no bugs, didn't have
to buy a hairdryer or shoot my dog, etc..

| I Dont know about the denon cd but as far as the 100% tradein there
are some stipulations. One of them is when upgrading an amplifier
the cost of the new one must be twice the cost of the one you
purchased the first time. I dont have my receipt here but if I
remember correctly the 100% trade in allowance doesnt apply to all
items either. Dont get me wrong, I think they are good people
to do business with but I suggest you ask for a copy of the policy
and read it carefully. It is on the back of their sales slips.

407.3 | A Satisfied Denon Customer | DELNI::HAMMOND | | Mon Jul 21 1986 15:53 | 7 |
| I currently own a Denon DRA-350 receiver, DP-15F turntable, and
a DCD-1500 CD player. I have not had any problems with any of the
above units. Denon appears to be quality equipment for a reasonable
price. I am very pleased by the quality of sound from my CD player
as well as the features.
I would recommend a Denon if at all possible.
