    For those of you who can't understand why cd players seem different,
    and why playing them on different surfaces has an affect, and why
    the Meridian CD player is as good as 'they' say it is, I strongly
    suggest that you pick up the latest volume (not monthly) of
    Stereophile.  There is an interview with THE designer of the Meridian
    MCD pro cd player.  It is truly fascinating and eye opening, I learned
    a who lot from reading this article.  Paraphrasing the article would
    ruin it, typing it in would be absurd.
