Does anyone have any thoughts on 1, 2, or 3 beam systems?
I just purchased a Technics SL-P100 and I love it so far. But I
did notice while I was shopping around that many units now have
a "single, fine, laser..." while others had 2 or 3. Will a single
fine laser do the same as the 3 beam system? Is it more accurate
because it is finer therefore doesn't need a tracking beam like
the others? By the way the Technics is a 1 beam system.

| I am not sure about all but the three beam ones I have seen have one
laser where the beam is split optically. Two of the split beams are used
for tracking and the one in the middle acutally extracts the info for
playback.
