  Care to bet that the D-7's arrive on Feb 10?

BTW I meant to thank you for this note. I went out and bought a D-5 from
Service Merchandise. (Makes us a 3 CD player family. A D-5 each for tlh
and me, and a year old Technics SL-P2 for the stereo. The decadence is
overwhealming! ;^)

Probably make an interesting topic for a new note. "How many players do *you*
have?" Has this subject been breached before? I'm too lazy to do a dir.

Having three CD players in the house is not decadent. I know.

You just have to keep your priorities straight.

Think of it this way: CD's are not illegal, not immoral, and not fattening.
You do not have to deal with weirdos to buy them and however much you use
them, they are still there. Deafness is the only known health hazard and
while a few people have been known to withdraw from reality to enjoy
CD's, most of these people were audiophiles to start with. ;^}

Eh? Could you speak a little louder please? :^)

Feeling a little less decadent now,
Gary
