222.0. "new reader-- self intro" by TROLL::CLIN () Mon Dec 02 1985 21:58

Hi guys,

I have just spent 6 hrs reading all (actually, almost all) of 221 notes in
this file! Am I crazy or what. I had reply to a note, and made a brief
introduction of myself. But since most of you probably will not find my
note, I figure I'll briefly introduce myself here. I work at Hudson, MA.
I listen to classical most of the time, but are getting into light jazz
(especially those on Windham Hill) and listen to rocks sometimes.
I own about 45 cds now. I was in Japan this summer and bought many cds of
japanese pop/rock. I have Yamaguchi, Iwasaki, Akina Nakamori, Ituwa and
other, and would like to hear from those of you who have japanese music as
well (that means you mike). I definitely would like to lend/borrow discs
with other people, as long as you are not too far away since i would still
like to listen to my discs once in a while. I own a cdp-102, thoren 318
turntable with audio technic at-38 cartridge (which i bought in Japan too),
AR 90, nakamichi 150, dynaco 416 and accuphase preamp. If you have free
time and want to chat or exchange records to listen to, call me at dtn
225-7063, my node is troll::clin

hope to hear from some of you soon. charles

If your system manager hasn't already, have them install VNOTES. It allows
you to use a "notary". This feature automatically keeps track of which
notes you've read and which ones need reading.

All you have to do is say UPDATE before noting. That way you won't miss
a single response in any of the notes files you follow.
