Back in the old days, someone said in note 25.0 of this notesfile that there 
was a recording of Gustav Mahler's 9th Symphony by Herbert von Karajan in 
SALZBURG.  Could anybody give me any more detail about this recording (e.g. 
exact reference), since all DGG seems to have is a recording in 1982 in 
Berlin.
