Hi Bob,
I just went down this road while rebuilding a system at the CSC.
I was directed to the latest kits at NOETIC::SYS$KITS:[TMS]WHO022.A.
I just ran VMSINSTAL and it's working fine.
It sends EMail to an address for install reports at BSS::Anderson.
