	Hi, I using DS200-MC(for VT) and DS700(for PPP) with ACB in a few years. In the early times, I've experienced the same problem. If your modem and port setting is correct, check your DTE-DCE cable. Purhaps, article 135.9,135.10,303.* help you. BC23C is required for DSRVB. /shin
