Wanrouter90 loading from PC

Upgraded from V1.2 to V1.3 ECO1. Unzipped both zip files (with -d option) ok.
Rebuilt CMIP files ok. But problem loading router with mop :

MOP0023 : error - load file read error, unexpected end of file

Saw note #790
Deleteing and re-creating router gave same results.
Installing V1.3 ECO1 from scratch gave same results.
bootp/tftp works fine.
