    So what's the story on this Giles, Giles, and Fripp album from 1968
    that's supposed to be delightfully insane? 
    
    I remember hearing parts of it years ago; I remember some narration
    and some bizarre music. (Pretty sad; I can't even recall the name of
    the LP!)

    I think it's called "The Cheerful Insanity of....". Never 'eard it,

    Bob's right on the title.
    Well, (IMHO) a better word for it is silly rather than insane. Its kinda 
    whacky in a 60's sorta way. *I* wouldn't consider the music bizzare
    at all. [But those who know me would question my catagories for what
    is bizzare.]
    I believe there is Fripp riff on there on Erudite Eyes (or something
    like that) and he re-uses it on later King Crimson albums. Just a
    bit of trivia there. If you want bizarre with Mr. Fripp get Lizard
    or Larks Tongues In Aspic by King Crimson. :-)
