Surely there are enough Living Colour fans out there for a note..? Any takers?

Have they still got the same Bass player - thought he had a brilliant sound - can't remember the name of his bass and I've had a go of one too. stuart.

I think he left to join Tackhead - there were rumours of him joining the Rolling Stones on Mick's invite but I think Keef objected. +Mark+ PS I like the quieter tracks on 'Time's Up'. Nothing as good as the "Love Rears Its Ugly Head" *single* though.

Muzz Skillings was last seen playing along with Slash on the latest Michael Jackson video. Didn't they get that session fella, Doug Wimbush, in to replace him? Ian.

Doug Wimbish is actually ex-Tackhead himself - Muzz didn't go to Tackhead, but, as mentioned there, was in the Jacko video. Wimbish is a much harder player, as the new album reflects. He has also done session work for various biggies, including Jeff Beck, I believe - recommend Times Up to the uninitiated though - Stain, the new one, is harder to get into.. |
