1046.1 | why on earth did they release "Winter" during the summer??? | AYOV27::DROBB | Looking back, it's so bizarre ... | Mon Jul 06 1992 11:25 | 11 |
... I'm sure I read somewhere not all that long ago, that they'd been dumped by Fontana after the predictably poor sales of the "Dogs In The Traffic" album (perhaps their best to date?) and the singles culled from it ("My Loves Lives ...", "Winter" and "Looking For Angeline"). Hmm, perhaps they, like the Kevin McDermott Orchestra look like doing, will end up signing for the new label recently set up by Hue And Cry, after they themselves had been kicked off Circa after "Stars Crash Down" did just that on the nation's album charts!! ;^} - Dougie |
