I assume a "row" is a likened to some sort of dispute. {I vaguely
recall there being note, possibly in GB91 (Great Britain) conference
regarding...} I don't know what the details of the row are, or
what the heck one is but I assume some snags have been met between
the involved parties. Anyone that knows care to comment?
Anyhow, Although Nirvana were first rumored to be headlining they
not too long ago mentioned that it had not yet been confirmed but
it looks like they along with Public Enemy and the Wonder Stuff
will each be headlining one day. Other acts have yet to be named...
Any word on the site change this year?
