| re -.1
I have reread my note and wish to clarify that is should be Leo, not
Loe ....and the 8 pound copy I bought was a cd (although I described it
as an album).
Sorry.

| I know this.....you know this......
But someone more picky than you is bound to come back and ask why I
found it so surprising that an album should be cheaper than a cd,
having misunderstood my note.

| You got it!
Starting from Center Point, walk down the Charing Cross Road on the
right hand side of the road, across Cambridge Circus, continuing down the
"lower" portion of CXR.
You will pass some shops on your right, set back on the pavement, where
the building above extends out and is supported by brick pillars.
Just after these shops there is an alley on your right (you are now
about 20yds away from one of the entrances to Leicester Square Station).
Turn into the alley and you will see Steve's Sounds about ten yards
down on the left.
You can't miss it - it has tables outside with tapes and discs on.
Hope you find it OK

| Is it near some chinese grocery shops?
BTW if you're ever in Germany there's some bargains to be had there.
Amongst some other things I bought the last 3 Robert Cray CD's (as a
package), brand new, for 49DM ( approx. 17 quid).

Yep, next to Chinese grocery shops, on the edge of Chinatown.

Andy,
Sounds like your trips to HHL don't involve getting off at Holborn
either! I always get off at Tottenham Court Road. Just because Denmark
St with 10 geetar shops happens to be on the way is purely coincidence of
course!

| If I go to town on business I go by car and park under Enterprise
House....just a short walk from guitar heaven (Denmark Street).
If I go in my own time (Saturday for example), I also park under
Enterprise. Saves a fortune in parking fees!
However, during the week there is much to be said for going by train,
the traffic is so bad sometimes.
