There was a song called 'Marys Prayer' by some bland (sorry, band)
a couple of years back, but their name eludes me at present.
Somebody's name wasn't it? Like, Fred Scuttle?

| Mary's Prayer was indeed by Danny Wilson,a Dundee(Scotland) based band,
the single made it into the charts on it's third release.After a
follow-up single,"Acid on the radio" they seem to have split over the
usual "musical differences" excuse.There is an album out of their
"greatest hits" to cash in before they are forgotten.A lot of their
album tracks sounded very like Steely Dan tracks......

| The description in .5 sounds like it might have been Mary My Hope - an
american band that I saw supporting the Nephilim or somebody like that
a year or so ago.
