838.0. "Can You Help ??? PLEEEESSSE" by YUPPY::GARLICKK (life and life only) Thu May 09 1991 15:29

    Hi Guys'n'Gals

I tried asking this in musicians but to no avail.

       So PLEEEEEEEEESSSE can somebody help

I am after the sheet music (musical score and words) for a song by
Hazel O'Conner in the late seventies early eighties called "will you"
I have had a special request to play this at a wedding next year but
all the London music shops are unable to help.

    Thanks in advance

         Kenny

Can't help directly I'm afraid, but can offer a suggestion or two.

Have you tried Foyles in Charing Cross Road?

Not ones first thought as far as music shops go, but they do have a
large and very extensive music department.

Failing that.... go to a record shop, find the album, note who publishes
the lyrics and write to the publisher.

    FWIW

    Kenny,

I've just read your plea and I am pleased to say I have the lyrics for
    "Will You" at home.

    The only thing is

You'll have to wait until Monday before I can mail them to you!!

    Hope this helps though.

    Cheers,

    Billy.
