| Mr Moderator....do I come in here to suffer all these insults...when I
can stay at home and suffer...yeah I know.
Perhaps whilst these wags are lying in bed in the am...I get in here
with the milkman....ever thought of that, guys? ;-)
Am I going to get a sensible response, one wonders.

| Re. Original Question .
I think the tune to which you are refferring is the intro to a song by
the Hooters . I'm not sure of it's name ( someting to do with a
sattelite I think ) , but it was a single they brought out about 4/5
years ago .

| The name of the Hooters song which I reffered to in my previous note
is "Karla with a K" .

| Actually, I went home on Friday early, just so I could hear this
elusive song (honest guv!). I missed the one at the end, but if it was
the same as the one at the beginning, then it sounded a bit like the
sort of stuff that Bob Geldof is doing at the mo.
This is just a hunch (Ahhhh, that's why the jacket is 20 sizes too big 8^)
Andy.

Tis "Karla with a K" by the Hooters from the very good

| This probably doesn't belong here, but ... I'm sure I read somewhere
last week-end that either ITV or C4 were re-showing the Lou Reed & John
Cale "Songs For Drella" concert performance in the early hours of a
morning during the current week.
Can you someone verify this (by E-mail if at possible, in case it's
tonight - tho' the papers don't say so)?
Many thanks - Dougie
