| I have a track on a compilition of Paul Kossoff material called "I know
why the Sun don't shine" by what I think was called the Rumbledown Band.
It featured Frankie Miller singing, Andy Fraser on bass and Paul Kossoff
on guitar (both ex-Free). It was probably recorded c1971, but never
previously released.
I might have some more info if you are interested.
Richard.

| I'm very interested in material that features ex-Free personnel, so if
you have any more info on such matters, please post it here (or in the
Free note 699 if not directly related to Frankie Miller).
I'll dig up some more info as requested (won't be much though).
Cheers,
Richard.

| So, it seems that I'm the only person in the world who'll admit to owning a
Frankie Miller album? And I've got two:!
FULL HOUSE was released on 1977, and it includes Andy Fraser's Be Good to
Yourself (the reason I bought it), Jealous Guy, Love Letters (!) and Miller's
own wonderful Down the Honkytonk. I think it was a bit a too much of this
which got to him as it's an altogether superior album to
FALLING IN LOVE (1979), which is full of the sort of stuff you'd expect on an
LP of that name, even though it includes songs by Marley and Hiatt. It seems
to have been made with guests for each track, whereas Full House was made by a
band: Ray Minhinnet, Jim Hall, Chrissie Stewart, Graham Deakin and Miller
himself.
Long time no hear, and I'm not really surprised . . .

Hi Graham,
Do yourself a favour and get a copy of Dancing In The Rain.
Its excellent, Brian Robertson ex Thin Lizzy and still with
Chrissie Stewart.
A song called Shaky Ground by the Temptations is great.
The next album is expected to be even better. Produced by the
same team that do ZZ Top. Indeed Warner Bros., have just signed
him up recently.
P.S. I'll admit to having most of his albums
Bill
