Steve Stevens has left the band now, Idol is dead. Look at the excuse
of an album "Whiplash Smile". he's lost the raw rock and roll energy.
Bring back Rebel Yell !!

| Yeaaah! I saw Gen X *many* yeara ago, and they were great! This
was even before the release of RSG or Your Generation. Funny, although
I liked them a lot live, their records never really cut it for me.
And what a lot of tosh this band spawned - Tony James went on to
form sigue Sigue Sputnik, Billy Idol's solo career has only ever
inspired me to fall asleep, and Bob Andrews went on to play in the
(IMHO) tedious posters, Westworld. Whatever happened to their (GenX)
drummer?

Ahem....
This topic is about Idol as a solo artist, thats why I mentioned
Rebel Yell. AS A SOLO ARTIST its the best thing he's ever done (or
should I say that Steve Stevens has done).
