Instead of turning up the TV every time this add comes on I have
decided to try and buy the record, the only problem is, WHAT IS
THE NAME OF THE SONG AND WHO PERFORMS IT ?
The add is for SCHLITZ lager and it is the one where the guy
is riding his motorcycle down the beach to his beach house, arrives
at the house and tucks into a cool, refreshing can of Schlitz only
to find that his good lady has left him, even worse it was on his
motorbike!
Judging from the lyrics I would have a good guess that the song
is called "More than a feeling", can anyone confirm this and tell
me the artist(es).

Yes, the song is called MORE THAN A FEELING, by either Boston or
Foreigner (I'll put my money on Boston).
The song features on the excellent FM soundtrack album.

You can get the song on Boston's first album, self-titled
"Boston". It's one of the best albums out, I think ....
