    A 60's band (no kidding)
2 albums: Psychedelic Sounds of the 13th Floor Elevators
    	       (going for about $30-40)
               Bull of the Woods
               ($25-30)

Add "Easter Everywhere" and a live album to the list of albums issued
in the 60's. There have been others in the past few years. Mostly
    outtakes.

Roky Erickson was their singer, and he's been releasing records all
along. He's been quite active the past few years. Writes lot's of songs
about monsters and demons. I like him.

Also add "Fire in my bones" a Texas Archive Records with very good
alternate versions (especially Monkey Island), a previously unreleased
track (Fire in my bones, quite good). A side of this LP comes from a
Texas TV show where you have a very funny interview of the electric jug
    player.

Also add an english live EP (can't remember the label) with terrific
covers of "The world" (Beatles), "Roll over beethoven" (C. Berry) and a
6 mn long version of "You really got me".

Also add Live SF'66 with the 3 above tracks, others covers (Before
you accuse me) and material from their first album.

Roky Erickson is now a long beared man that does not seem to want to
enter a studio again. However the french label Fan released in 87 "The
Holiday Inn Tapes" a mini album recorded in a Holiday Inn room with
quite a poor sound but with Buddy Holly's cover (especially Peggy Sue
got married, R. Erickson is a real B. Holly fan); some new songs and
a cover of "May the circle remain unbroken" the only Erickson' song on
the "Bull of the wood" LP.
