Have'nt seen the film myself, but if that song was sung by Michael
Jackson some years ago the answer is Bill Withers (who also wrote
it).

| An album has been released in the UK this week, featuring a lot
of the songs, plus some of Robin Williams chatter. It got good reviews
in the press.

| I got the album about a year ago when I came out here in the states.
(there are some advantages to being a yankee) 8^)
The intros by Robin Williams are great. It's just like you're
listining to the radio with a DJ talking between the songs.
As for the songs, Most of them are great. This is not some cheap
and trashy 60's compilation album. The songs are really well chosen.

| .0 Incidentally, this film, (in my opinion), is very funny
.0 and has some excellent 60's/70's music. Hopefully an
.0 album will be released of all the songs performed.
There is a (double?) CD of the "Goodnight Vietnam" soundtrack out
now.

PS ...and when you've bought it, Bob, yer ol' mate Keith would like
to borrow it!
