Steve,
there is a conference devoted to the BOM type of Musak, you
know stuff like Bucks Fizz, Baccara, Bay City Rollers,
Showaddywaddy, St Winifreds School Choir, sigh I could go
on for hours.
Hit KP7 to select
Doug.

| Re .1:
Hardly constructive... I'm not too keen on that Springboard
chap, but I don't ridicule those who are (not too much, anyway!).
Maybe I should lighten up; ignore me if I'm ott...

re .4
.1 was entered with the (almost) certain knowledge that Stevie
boy was extracting the michael in .0, I know he's into some
pretty weird stuff, but not that weird. Own up Steve!

76.6 | Bom | MUHIS::MCHEQUER | Infected with the seasons of change | Sat May 21 1988 14:47 | 8 |
| I'm not sure why you would think that .0 was taking the p. Bom have
put out some good stuff, the picture disk of Angelo is now a rather
valuable record. Sure Bom may not be part of the sub-cultural music
scene, but their music is very listen'able' and it sells.

RE: .7
Mid-to-late seveties pop harmony group - came to fame via the
Eurovision Song Contest. I don't believe they were considered to
be top class pop.
Class pop .... The Hollies ... now there *was* a pop band!!!
