    Can anyone verify whether or not the PBXDP module supports "raw hdlc"
    framing.  Do we offer the drivers for vms/alpha.
    
    What software api or what software including an api do we offer
    allowing someone to write their own "raw hdlc" framing device drivers?
    
    Customer wants to recieve data from telephony switch via "raw hdlc".

    As far as I know there is no WANDD API on Alpha, but for a definitve
    answer ask in OZROCK::X25_AVMS.
