562.0. "ISDN & Windows 95." by QCAV02::CHENTHIL () Mon Mar 03 1997 09:27
Hi All,
One of our Customer is under the process of developing ISDN solution
to Indian market segment.
He is developing PC internal adapters to provide a ISDN BRI access.
The card is interfaced to Windows 95 and plan to provide Internet
access thru the card using Windows 95 built-in TCP/IP stack.
They need some clarifications to meet their objective.
1) As per Microsoft's ISDN Accelerator pack for Windows 95 README.TXT
file, the package is meant for providing multiple B channel access to
Internet and for cards meeting ISDN 1.1 specifications.
Question is, what exactly are the ISDN 1.1 specifications?
2) Customer is looking at developing a TSPI for the call portion.
They need details about integrating the TSPI for dial up access
to the internet. They plan to use TCP/IP built-in Windows 95.
Customer wants to know what software needs to be developed on
their card to provide 128 Kbps access to the Internet and use
the TCP/IP stack provided by Windows 95. Customer is wants
to know the exact flow of the software for using built-in TCP/IP
stack of Windows 95 for Internet access at 128 Kbps.
Could some one help me in giving the above details. Any pointers
or web locations are welcome.
X posted at Windows 95.
Regards,
CHENTHIL
