running Forum I get about 20 times a day
	Dr watson for windows NT error
		- An application error has occurred
		and an application error log is being generated
		dispatch.cgi.exe

In some cases this kills the avf background service and I must restart it.


Any ideas.
I have 
	Nt v4.0 server SP1
	Alpha 433a workstation
	avf v.2
	Netscape server 1.1
