    I have a problem with Netscape Communications server:
    Here is the error:
    
    catastrophe:can't exec. new process, new owner
    info:server fffffffff exited with status 0000000
    
    this is what I have looked at:
    
    DWMOTIF 1.2-4
    vms 7.1
    ucx 4.1 ec02
    netscape communications server 1.2
    
    in sysuaf
    Username: HTTPD_80
    Account:  NETSCAPE
    PRCLM of 200
    
    the customer had already changed the password in sysuaf
    and it showed interactive and not pre-expired or any of the
    sorts.
    
    Any help would be most appreciated.
