REF: Digital Unix 4.0B and AV Forum 2.0 problem with Documentation Forum files

Please let me know if there is a more appropriate conference to post this in.

We are expereincing some problems with our internal installation of AV Forum.
The discussion forum works fine, but there are problems with the DOCUMENTATION
Forum.

When we follow the links within the DOCUMENTATION FORUM section, we can go through
the folders till we spot the files.  When we click on the files, we get the error:

Not Found

The requested object does not exist on this server. The link you followed is either outdated,
inaccurate, or the server has been instructed not to let you have it. Please inform the site
administrator of the referring page.

At this point we are at the location:
http://beux2.ebo.dec.com:81/forum/aca-1/_w/dispatch-w.cgi/NSIS-NSmgtP/showMessage
/100025/19970317064140/Plgr403b.xls


When I check the UNIX system, I see that there is a file:
/usr/local/forum/visible/aca-1/NSIS-NSmgtP/100025/Plgr403b.xls


Anyone have any ideas what needs to be done to correct this?

Interestingly a few files in the documentation forum can be viewed, while others are
are producing this error.

File protections are as such:
-rw-r--r--   1 w3d      system    374272 Mar 17 07:41 Plgr403b.xls

and the NS server is running under the userid w3d.

All the files physically exist on the server, but Forum cannot seem to access them.

Please let me know if there is someone I should contact about this.
