Set up UNIX and Netscape; use tcpwrapper or something similar on
ftpd; bolt down the ISP router so that it is as tight as possible -
if possible block inbound TCP/21; remove all unwanted services on
UNIX; use C2 security; choose something non-obvious for the username
used for the page management;

Beyond that lot, if you can do it, pull the pages onto the WWW
server, rather than pushing them one - whether this is possible or
not depends on firewall (or similar) technology between the WWW
Server and the internal page development system ...
