nodes in the NT Cluster and PDC for the domain that the cluster
is in must be at NT 4.0 SP 2 for NT Cluster 1.1.

| Clusters V1.1 requires Windows NT V4.0.
However, Clusters V1.0 with its latest service pack
runs on Windows NT3.51.
The biggest difference between Clusters 1.0 and Clusters
1.1 is support for IP failover (only available in Clusters
Version 1.1).
If the customer wants the latest bug fixes and SQL-related
enhancements and wants to remain on NT351, they can.
