I found that system either complain sort of cluster-get-SQL-db error code
or Dr Watson comes up !! I have been doing this many-many times.... But

There's a known dual SQL bug in V1.1. Use one server to
perform all the configuration (creating failover groups,
MS SQL database devices, MS SQL databases) and, in the failover
group, make that server the primary server. Once you have it
completely configured from the one server, you can Modify the
Failover Group to make the other server the primary server
for one of the failover groups.

If you followed this procedure (or think you did) then you
may have discovered some other bug in which case we'll need
more info on how to reproduce.... (Sorry, I know you didn't
want to hear that!)

This bug has been fixed in the Clusters V1.1 Service Pack 1
which is currently in field test -- expected ship end of
May/early June '97. (I'm not the product manager, so don't
quote me :-)
