686.0. "Pathworks for WNT 4.1 fails after installing Nt Cluster 1.0sp1." by CSC32::G_OGLESBY (Ginny Oglesby 592-4731 CSC/CS) Thu Mar 13 1997 19:19

Customer was running Pathworks for WNT 4.1 on his two 4100s, with DOS clients running Pathworks. All was
working fine. WNT 3.51. He installed Digital Clusters for WNT 1.0, SP1, and sharfix. The ntcluster
is working fine for him. The problem is that now the DOS clients cannot connect via Pathworks to the
servers.

On the servers, in the Event Log:
Source: Server
The server could not bind to transport \device\stream\nbd

Also, the servers can not connect via Pathworks either. He tried stopping cluster services and
rebooting.  Same problem.

His bindings look the same as they did prior to the ntcluster install.

Is NTcluster causing a conflict with Pathworks?

Thanks in advance for all help.
