    I have a customer with two AlphaServer 2100's in a NT Cluster.
    The Cluster Administrator program sometimes takes 5 minutes or
    more to initialize and start. I assume that this is related to
    the binding order of the network protocols. However we have set
    Netbeui to be first in the protocol bind list, which I believe
    is correct.
    
    Does anyone have any other ideas on how to speed up the initialization
    of Cluster Administrator program?
