Put it in the group, put the new reasource on-line.
I have not tried it yet but it should work in theory.

| To start and stop the IIS service in Wolfpack you would have to create a "generic service" failover resource which
would start/stop IIS.
The "IIS virtual root" resource takes the webpages on/offline and fails over the webpages on the shared disk. The
IIS service is running on both nodes simultaneously, but only one node has access to the webpages on the shared
disk.
