The minimum firmware revision on the 4x00 platform for NT clusters
should be SRM V4.8 which was released with Alpha Systems Firmware
update CD V3.9
Note the following firmware fix ...
--> Support for handling SCSI bus resets in the middle of booting.
Fixes a hang problem seen with simultaneous boots and crash
dumps in a SCSI cluster with a shared KZPSA bus.
