318.0. "Anyone see/tape "Racism in New Hampshire"?" by MYMUSE::MASHIA (Every lil' thing gonna be all right) Sat Nov 19 1994 08:39

This past Thursday at 6 PM, on a Manchester, NH tv station (WMUR?)
there was a 'special report' on "Racism in New Hampshire". I wasn't
able to see/tape it, and was wondering if anyone here had.

Obviously, a tape would be ideal, but if anyone saw it and can
give a report on it, I'd appreciate it.

I'm *NOT* interested in starting a discussion here on racism
in NH; I just want to know about the show.

I work in MKO, and live in Derry, NH.

    Thanks,
    Rodney

I have cross-posted this in Classified_ads but am hoping someone
in this notesfile may have taped the show...

MODS - I couldn't find a 'wanted' note so if this is misplaced,
please feel free to move it where it fits better.

If anyone taped February 5th's (Sunday) 'SUNDAY MORNING' program
and still has the tape - I would really appreciate being able to
either copy it or buy the tape from you.

This was the program that ended with the wild flamingos in the
African Rift Valley. I am particularly interested in the segment
that concerned George Abbott, the 107 year-old director.

Please, if you copied this show, send mail!

As I was watching this segment, I noticed that a recently deceased
friend of mine was sitting next to George Abbott during part of
the interview... I would love to have a copy of the tape to share
	with our friends.

I called the phone number that they show at the end of the program
but they are not releasing that segment to the public.

	Many thanks in advance,

	Artie.
