This was every bit as weird and funny as I expected. There were
7 or 8 bits loosely tied together beginning with the insects and
moving up the food-chain to cows, children,animals, hunters and UFOs.
There was also a running gag with a cow who looked like the Bride
of Frankenstein and bleated like a sheep.
Favorite bit:
We see a little boy, lying awake in bed, as a big, ugly, hairy monster
slowly emerges from the closet.
The monster reaches the bed, grabs the little boy (as if to eat him)
and the screen is suddenly splattered with something ickey and gooey
obscuring the scene. When the screen clears, we see the monster's
friends holding a cardboard box that is labeled "Exploding Children.
Trick your friends. Be the life of the party."
I hope Larson is planning more of these...

| Well it appears from this note that I missed a Far Side TV special. I
didn't even know it was on! (Why me! Why me! What's wrong with me?!
Why do I always miss the good stuff!? 8*) ) When was it on? Was it a
1/2 hr, fully animated special? Any celeb voices? When's the next
one?

| One review I read said the only thing warm and fuzzy about this show
was what got eaten in the first segment 8)
