What, no existing Nick at Night topic :-) So, did anyone else try to watch Alfred Hitchcock Presents last night and instead get treated to Gumby and Pokey? Was the deliberatate or did someone at the Nick broadcast center screw up?

Hmmm. Dunno. Alfred's on past my bedtime. I'm still applauding them for _FINALLY_ taking the Partridge Family off. I've only had cable for a year, so I'm not familiar with what they've run in the past, but I do note that they tend to run most shows for a loooong time. I'd actually prefer shorter runs and more variety. There are a lot of old shows that would be nice to see again for a run of a few months or so. Where they run the same schedule at least five days a week, they could squeeze 2.5 years worth in in just three months. :^) -Jack | |||||

Their "Summer Block Party" format is of some interest as well. I wonder if I'll be sick of it by summer's end. Actually, Nick at Night is great stuffto fall asleep by. -Jack |
