I'm still confused about the ending:

Was the boy Jesse and Becca's son or Becca's and her new husband's?

I thought he was definitely Becca and her new husband's, but my fiance
thinks he is Becca and Jesse's. What did everyone else think?

I also thought that Paige and Arnie get together in the future.

Didn't Becca and Jesse get married after she was finished college?
When she came home and announced her engagement, she said she got into
    two more medical schools.

    Just thinking.....

I think it was Becca's son with her second husband. I can't prove
it...it's just my gut feeling. I think that if Becca were telling the
story to Jesse's son, she wouldn't have called him Jesse, nor would
the kid have said, "You mean, like Daddy?" (Or whatever he said.)

I'm not a doctor, but I think medical school comes after you finish an
undergraduate degree. So, yes, they got married after college, but
before Becca went to medical school.

22.23life goes on in the nielsen rating listDNEAST::ALBERT_JEFFWed Jun 02 1993 23:0610
i noticed in tv guide this past week that "life goes on" finished
number 71 in the nielsen (spelling?) rating! boy that sure did'nt
help the show out any. sometimes they should consider taking those
tv.ratings and throw them out the window. does anyone know the process
on how they use the so called nielsen rating system?

I've never seen this show before, but I think I read something in the
new TV guide about PBS filming a 2-hour "conclusion" to this series.

Weird... but weirder things have happened.

They are talking about doing that with "I'll Fly Away". PBS also plans
on showing all the reruns to I'll Fly Away.
