A church that relys on their own understanding, instead of the
    	Holy Spirit's guidance.
A church that has relegated prayer to vain repetition.
A church that doesn't focuses on meeting each others needs.
A church that hides within it's walls.
A church that has forgotten to preach the Gospel.
A church that teaches Christians to do the same.

Solemn, quiet before the service, with a church full of old people.

A church that professes Christ but does not possess Christ.

I agree with the part regarding a church full of only old people.
Youth is also vital to a church. It can however also go the other way.
I have seen unhealthy churches and a large part of it was there were no
    senior people there!!!

Solemness is not necessarily bad if people are preparing for worship in
their hearts. Now if it is quiet strictly out of fear and protocol,
    that's another thing!!!

    Peace,

    Jack

	o Back-biting
	o Political maneuvering
o A fear of saying the wrong thing
	o A general sense of wounded-ness
o An "in power" few who dominate
o Chronic resistance to trying the untried
o Low worship attendance (disproportionate to membership)

A church that has allowed unrepented ongoing sin.
A church where nobody is kept accountable (especially the leaders,
    	but also the church members)
