"When you are offering your gift at the altar, if you remember that your brother or sister has something against you, leave your gift there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother or sister, and then come and offer your gift." Matthew 6:23-24 How do you reconcile yourself with others? How do you seek to create bonds with those you are in conflict with? Do you feel that you could do more than you do in this area? -- Mike

Well, I'll try one thing. Here, in notes land, I find that I have become quite "upset" with some of the noters . In the past, I have gone out of my way to meeting in *person* the one that I am upset with....communicating to their face to differences we have, and most every time, resolving the conflict. A personal, direct approach usually works. Facual gestures, slight tone to a comment, can help much better than a keyboard...for me. Typing and writing are just not my main strengths! As far as other issues in life.....well.....more later. Marc H. |
